A few housekeeping things:
1. It's looking like the weather will be dry (fingers crossed!) but cold, so be sure to bundle up!
2. If you bought your tickets online, please don't forget to bring your receipt to collect your tickets. Electronic is fine.
3. If you didn't manage to buy your tickets online, fear not! Tickets will also be available at the Hoedown. Tickets are $1 each, or you can buy a pack of 22 tickets for $20 (2 free tickets).
4. Please bring a water bottle for free water refills, and your coffee mug as Crema Coffee Co. coffee will be available for purchase.

INFO for VOLUNTEERS:
- if you are helping set up, please met in the big playard along Annette Street
- if you're volunteering at the beginning of the event, please come find us at the main doors (in between the two play structures). We will meet you there with information about where you're stationed
- if you're volunteering later in the day, please go to the station you signed up for at the time you are set to start. The person you're relieving will be waiting for you, and they can give you an explanation of what you're doing. Sarah and I will be also be making the rounds, so you can always flag one of us, or send me a DM.

HPAS Hoedown
Saturday October 13 @ 3-6pm
The Details
What: The HPAS Hoedown Fall Fundraiser is a fun way to connect with your HPAS community, while raising funds for our children’s education. It’s a community wide event, so be sure to invite your friends and family! What to expect? Fun games and activities, a photobooth, belly-filling food, music, a bouncy castle, raffle baskets, a chili cook off, a visit from a fire truck, a silent auction, and a chance to hit one of our very own teachers with a PIE IN THE FACE
Where: the school yard on Annette Street
Food: Bring your appetites because this year we will be offering TACOS! Side dishes will be available. And, of course, you’ll be able to sample entries from the chili cook off! Please note: while food items at the Hoedown will not contain any nuts or sesame, please be aware of ingredients and labels if someone in your family has an allergy or sensitivity. We will have a designated Allergy Aware Zone for families with food allergies
Tickets: Buy at the event!
Tickets are $1 each, or you can buy a pack of 22 tickets for $20 (2 free tickets).
Games/face painting/bouncy castle are between 1 and 3 tickets, most bake table items are 1 or 2 tickets,
raffle tickets are 2 tickets each or 3 for 5 tickets, photobooth photos are 4 tickets. Silent auction items are not
ticketed; you bid and then pay the following week
Volunteers are needed!
If you can spare an hour or two, there are many ways to lend a hand. Don’t be shy. It’s actually a lot of fun, and a great way to get to know your HPAS community! Volunteer sign up is available here: https://www.volunteersignup.org/M7MJW

5:30pm Chili Cook-Off winner announced
5:45pm Silent Auction closes
6:00pm Yeehaw … time to roll your full bellies and tired families home!
